FIELD: turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind turbine blades angle hydraulic control system. Wind turbine blades angle hydraulic control system with shaft installed horizontally in wind-driven unit head has rod passed through shaft, with one end connected by system of links with fixed on shaft with possibility to turn about axes, perpendicular to shaft, blades, control device. Shaft is kinematically connected to generator, by its second end rod is connected to control element output via thrust bearing, including double action hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump, hydraulically connected with hydraulic cylinder first and second cavities and drain tank, and distributor. To first, second and third control device inputs signals are supplied from wind velocity sensor, shaft speed transducer and from upper level control system, and first output is connected to control device first actuator input. First actuator output is connected to control element input, hydraulic cylinder rod is directly control element output and connected to blades angle sensor input. Drain tank is made in form of corrugation isolated from atmosphere, hydraulic pump is of reverse action, which first and second lines are connected directly to hydraulic cylinder first and second cavities outputs and to distributor first and second cavities outputs, made in form of sleeve, divided to first and second cavities by disc arranged into it, communicating through holes in each of two sleeve bottoms central part, overlapping at outer sides with valves, mechanically connected to disc, with drain tank cavity, hydraulic pump shaft is control element input. Control device is equipped with second actuating element, installed between power network and generator windings, and to control device fourth and fifth inputs of blade angle sensor and generator current sensor outputs are connected.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at higher reliability and accuracy of wind turbine blades angle control to maintain wind-driven unit generator current and rotation frequency at preset level, to reduced power consumption for control.
