SUBSTANCE: wheel device (1) of the clock with reduced height and large power reserve actuates a display unit (4), which includes a floor (5) and an hour wheel (6) that are directly driven about the main pivot axis (AP) crossing the cylinder (3) by the means of translating motion (7), and including a driving wheel (8), which rotates around the secondary axis (AS), external to the barrel (3), and is connected by friction to the means of translating motion (7) on the friction surface (9), coaxial with the secondary rotation axis (AS). Driving wheel (8) includes a coach floor (83) turning around the wheel body (80) along the secondary axis (AS) and connected by means of a friction spring (84) to the bearing surface (85) of the said body (80), forming a friction surface (9), wherein the coach floor (83) is configured to interact with a minute wheel (14) rotating around the minute axis (AM).
EFFECT: proposed is a design of a clock.
