FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to orthopaedic dentistry and is intended for making dental prosthesis. Dental prosthesis comprising a metal frame having at least one cap, which can be connected to an abutment of a dental implant as well as having a connecting element, which is connected to cap in patient's oral cavity. Cap comprises a tip and a cavity into which abutment can be inserted through an opening opposite tip. Pin is arranged as an axial extension in region of tip of cap. Connecting element is designed as a wire and is connected to pin. Cap cavity is closed in regin of tip. Neck is located coaxially to longitudinal axis of cap and has diameter which, by a given value, is less than diameter of cap in region of tip, besides, wherein between neck and conical jacket cap has on outside a transition region, which is substantially rectangular or has a given radius. Connecting element is connected with outer surface of neck by welding or soldering or gluing.

EFFECT: invention avoids need to make a cast to obtain position and orientation of dental implant or its structural parts, as well as further fabrication by casting caps of metal frame in dental laboratory.
