FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgical dentistry, and can be used as support for non-detachable prosthesis in patients with dentition defects in case of atrophy of toothless part of alveolar process. Basal osteointegrated implant contains lamellar platform from alloy with thermomechanical shape memory with holes and vertically fixed on it, at least, one rod, transforming into abatment for dental prosthesis fixation. Rod has ellipse-shaped section, whose larger diameter is located in transverse plate direction. Abatment has neck with round section of smaller diameter than rod, and cone-like widening at the end, whose base has ledge on perimeter transforming into cylindrical head, on whose length not less than one slit is made. Holes in lamellar platform form not less than six oppositely separated symmetrical legs by means of going outside connectors.

EFFECT: increase of initial implant stability in frontal, sagittal and horizontal planes, maximal adaptation to anatomotopographic peculiarities of atrophied toothless segments of alveolar process, improvement of prosthetics quality.
