FIELD: stomatology; applicable in implantation of artificial teeth. SUBSTANCE: implant has body implanted into bone material. Body has dead hole open to crown end for installation of implant rod. Body with respect to its longitudinal direction has the first part forming body neck and also the second part adjacent to the first on its crown side in which outer diameter increases in direction to body crown end. Outer diameter of the first part in body longitudinal direction does not change or changes less than diameter of the second part. The first part ha no thread, and body has the third cylindrical part which is adjacent to the second part in direction to crown end. Outer diameter of the first part over its entire length is smaller than outer diameter of the third part. The third cylindrical part of body has male thread on its outer surface. EFFECT: provision of implant ensuring stable cohesion of implant structure with minor damage to patient bone tissue. 9 cl, 4 dwg
