FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to high-voltage pulse equipment, and can be used in designing high-voltage partitioned insulators for vacuum chambers. Novelty is that in through partitioned insulator,comprising two flat electrodes, one of which has along axis a hole, located between them alternating insulating layers in form of rings and electrically conducting spacers, and electrically conducting screens in form of cylinders connected with inner surface of spacers and directed towards other electrode, screens are made from electrically conducting thin-wall strip in form of bellows with double walls.
EFFECT: invention enables to change dielectric strength in a wide range, to ensure its optimal value.
