FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing high-voltage vacuum bushing insulators consists in assembly of the insulator of circular dielectric sections placed between the insulator cover and flange and similar in design and geometry and alternating identical electroconductive liners and elastic cup-type seals, and voltage between the above section is distributed evenly by means of voltage divider; in one end of circular dielectric section a cavity is made as a cylindrical cup with thread cut at lateral inner side. Bore is made at the cup bottom for elastic cup-type seal.

EFFECT: method allows essential simplifying assembly technology and insulator design as it does not contain elements complicating assembly and design thus allowing significant reduction in dimensions of the insulator.
