FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: described is use of a disinfectant, consisting of a mixture of ethanol, 1-propanol and 2-propanol, antimicrobial amphoteric surfactant and water, for disinfection of surfaces of displays of electronic devices. Mobile communication devices have polymer surfaces, particularly in the form of surfaces of display devices. They cannot be disinfected by conventional alcoholic disinfectants.
EFFECT: disinfectant provides the effective elimination of microorganisms, particularly fungi, bacteria and yeast, and good compatibility with other materials.
