SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of sorbents intended for environmental applications to localize collection and for farther utilization of petroleum, petroleum derivatives, and liquid mineral substances from polluted water and land surface areas. By means of foam- generation installation, into preheated to 40-50 C and acoustically treated foamed acid-reaction solution containing mineral salts, mineral acid, and surfactant, known amounts of homogenous emulsion are injected, said emulsion consisting of aqueous solution containing, wt parts: low-toxic carbamide resin, 30-35; modifying tanning extract of conifer bark, 10-12; and suspension of biological preparation based on microorganisms with mineral salts, 12-15.
