FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic materials industry, primarily to compositions of mixtures for making ceramic bricks. Technical result is high frost resistance and compression strength of ceramic bricks, which is achieved by addition to ceramic composition nepheline dump sludge ground to passage through sieve 1.0 mm with content of oxides, wt%: SiO2 - 30.7; Al2O3 - 7.0; Fe2O3 - 5.3; CaO - 53.3; MgO - 1.4; R2O - 1.8 and SO3 - 0.5 in following proportions, wt%: interslate clay 50-70, burnt rocks 25-38, nepheline dump sludge 5-12.
EFFECT: use of industrial raw materials in production of ceramic bricks enables recycling of industrial wastes, environmental protection, expansion of raw material base for ceramic materials.
