SUBSTANCE: invention relates to session communication systems, which enable to meet high requirements for reliability when transmitting messages. New program procedures for signal processing are introduced, and device includes second ADC, global navigation satellite system signal receiver, device for generating time intervals for transmitting a control combination signal and corresponding interconnections.

EFFECT: high noise immunity of radio communication system owing to use of a method for spatial diversity of two receivers with their antenna-feeder paths, using procedures of noiseless coding with reduction of signal-to-noise ratio in channel lower than threshold value.
