FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to method for insulating of slots in armatures of electric motors. Method for insulating of slots in armature magnetic cores of micromotors consists in that into electrophoretic composition 4÷6 vol.% of boron nitride white nanotubes is additionally introduced. Size of nanotubes is selected in range 10 to 20 nm. After introduction of nanotubes composition is mixed, and with above composition, anaphoretic deposition of dielectric film upon surfaces of slots is conducted, magnetic core is removed thereafter from electrophoretic compound, released from sealed dielectric casing, magnetic cores are placed into vacuum oven, negative pressure 30÷40 Torr is achieved, and film deposited on surface of slots is dried at temperature 40÷50 °C for 3÷5 minutes, then temperature is increased in oven to 380÷390 °C, and dielectric film is baked for 2-3 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is higher heat conductivity of films on average 2÷2,6 times, and average breakdown voltage increased by 20 %.
