FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to methods of insulating slots of stators of electric machines. In method of insulation, an enamel insulation layer is applied using an electrophoretic compound, method includes preliminary preparation of said electrophoretic compound in a vanish apparatus, into which is loaded said mixture of solvents, polybutyl titanate, diethylene glycol, resin of TS-1 and white nanotubes of boron nitride, heating and constantly stirring until complete dissolution of resin for 1÷1.5 hours, cooling mixture, adding dioxane, 1 % aqueous ammonia, filtering and pouring into enamel-unit, performing anaphoretic deposition of a dielectric film on surface of slots, retrieving magnetic core, removing tight dielectric casing, placing in a vacuum heating cabinet, creating rarefaction of 30÷40 Torr and at temperature 40÷50 °C drying for 3÷5 minutes, raising temperature heating cabinet to 380÷390 °C and baking for 2-3 minutes. Technical result is increasing heat conductivity of films by an average of 2÷2.6 times, and average breakdown voltage by 20 %.
EFFECT: high heat conductivity and average breakdown voltage of films.
