FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to method for insulating of slots in armatures of electric motors. In disclosed method for insulation of slots in magnetic armatures of micro-motors, electrophoretic composition additionally contains white nanotubes of boron nitride. After introduction of nanotubes, composition is mixed, and with above composition, anaphoretic deposition of dielectric film upon surfaces of slots is conducted, magnetic core is removed thereafter from electrophoretic compound, released from sealed dielectric casing, magnetic cores are placed into vacuum oven, negative pressure 30÷40 Torr is achieved therein, and at temperature 40÷50°C, film deposited on surface of slots is dried for 3÷5 minutes, then temperature is increased in oven to 380÷390°C, and dielectric film is baked for 2-3 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is higher heat conductivity of films on average 2÷2,6 times, and average breakdown voltage increase by 20%.
