FIELD: construction; power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting restriction. Lifting restriction system has at least one section (20) of vertical ladder, having a longitudinal direction and at least one open end (20a, 20b) for arrangement of protection device against falling, configured for back-and-forth movement in longitudinal direction, and at least one device (10) lifting restriction on said at least one open end (20a, 20b) of section (20) of vertical ladder. Device (10) for lifting restriction is secured to turn on section (20) of vertical ladder and has a locking position to lock device for protection against falling in direction of section (20) of vertical ladder, and through position allowing movement of protection device against falling in longitudinal direction of section (20) of vertical ladder in two directions. Device (10) for lifting restriction has a centre of gravity, wherein device (10) for lifting restriction without external action on it and by gravity comes into locking position. Deactivating device (40) is intended for engagement in device (10) for lifting restriction and fixing device (10) for lifting restriction via through position. Section of tower of wind-driven power plant is equipped with lifting restriction system. Wind-driven power plant has at least one section of tower.
EFFECT: lifting restriction system, which provides lock for efficient protection of open end of section of vertical ladder in each mounting state.
