FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: anti-fogging article has a substrate and an anti-fogging film on at least a portion of surface of substrate, wherein anti-fogging film includes polymer substrate and water-absorbent polymer layer applied layers appropriately on substrate surface, water-absorbent polymer layer consists, mainly, from first cured epoxy resin obtained by reaction of composition, forming a water-absorbent polymer layer containing first polyepoxide component consisting of low-molecular polyepoxide having molecular weight of 200-800, and high-molecular polyepoxide with molecular weight of 900-2,000 combined into a weight ratio of 30:70 to 70:30, and first curing agent, and polymer substrate consists, mainly, of second cured epoxy resin obtained by reaction of composition, forming a polymer substrate containing second polyepoxide component and second curing agent, having a water-absorbing capacity lower than that of water-absorbing polymer layer.

EFFECT: invention relates to an anti-fogging article, having excellent anti-fogging characteristics and additionally with excellent wear resistance, such as wear-resistance and resistance to lamination and appearance, and its production method.
