FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer coats based on epoxy-acid transparent coats and to water-based basic or colour coats. This invention aims at increasing resistance to water, scratching and scuffing of transparent coats. For this, proposed composition comprises water-based film-forming composition that makes the basic coat and transparent film-forming composition that makes transparent top coat applied above the former. Basic coat is made from pigmented water-based film-forming composition. Said top coat is made from film-forming composition comprising polyepoxide and polyacid hardener. The latter is formed due to opening of the ring of poly basic acid anhydride hydroxyl groups of ether produced in reaction of polyhydric acid with surplus polyol. In said hardener, polyhydric acid has hydrocarbon chain comprising at least 20 adjacent carbon atoms arranged between groups of carbonic acid. Aforesaid ether can be produced by reaction between fat dicarboxylic acid and surplus polyol that contains more than two functional groups.
EFFECT: fine appearance of coat and higher resistance to ambient effects.
