FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: method is intended for fire extinguishing. Method is implemented by means of vessel, storing fire-extinguishing substance, a vessel, in which fire-extinguishing substance is stored, fixed by brackets to building structure and is equipped with a gas phase discharge device, combined with measuring probe for fire-extinguishing substance and stop-starting device, which is connected by pipelines with foam generator comprising a fluid and gas feed system, supply of gas or air is performed through gas feed inlet into mixing chamber of foam generator from turbo-compressor, and liquid supply is performed in two directions, including axial feeding of fluid via feed pipe and series-connected and coaxial with confuser and cylindrical nozzle, and tangential liquid supply is performed through coaxial with cylindrical nozzle housing made in form of cylinder-conical sleeve, on cylindrical part of which is attached a vortex annular chamber with a pipe for supply of liquid, wherein at edges of annular chamber there are two rows of liquid feed tangential channels, wherein in each row there are at least three tangential channels connecting annular chamber with cylindrical chamber of housing, to which is coaxially attached a circular plate, located perpendicular to axis of vortex annular chamber, and perpendicularly to circular plate is attached slotted nozzle of two mutually perpendicular rectangular parallelepipeds with throttle through holes of rectangular section, connected to cavity of housing.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of fire extinguishing due to usage of high-expansion foam.
