FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to negative displacement pumps, particularly, to impellers of centrifugal pumps. Rotary pump impeller comprises between drive and cover discs main curved blades forming inter-blade channels, and installed in last additional shortened curvilinear blades, wherein trailing edges of all blades are located on outer periphery of impeller, shortened additional curved blades are arranged closer to main curved blades in direction of wheel rotation, wherein distance along outer periphery of trailing edge of main curved blades to trailing edge of shortened additional curved blades in direction of impeller rotation is 1.2-1.4 times distance from trailing edge of shorted additional curved blades to trailing edge of adjacent main curved blades in direction of impeller rotation, and leading edge of shortened additional curvilinear blade is located from impeller axis in radial direction at a distance of 0.25-0.42 of impeller outer circle diameter.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing pressure generated by centrifugal pump.
