FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pump engineering and concerns an inclined-rotor stage design of a multistage pump for oil and other fluid production. A pump stage comprises disk 1 rotor and starter 6. Disk 1 is provided with pump intake 2, blades 3, closed-type blade channels of a centrifugal wheel and ring socket with blades 5 mounted inside. Starter 6 has input 7 and output 8, and free annular channel 9 opposed to the ring socket with blades 5 to form a peripheral part of the stage with air intake 10 and pump discharge 11. Besides, starter 6 comprises collection chamber 12 connecting pumping zone 13 of a centrifugal part of the stage formed by the centrifugal wheel and starter 6, and the air intake of the peripheral part of the stage. Pump intake 2 of the centrifugal parts of the stage and the ring socket with in-built blades 5 of the peripheral part of the stage are provided from side opposites of disk 1. Free annular channel 9 is equipped with a divider. Collection chamber 12 and output 8 of the stage are annular, while pump discharge 11 is axial. The air intake of the peripheral part of the stage and the output are aligned from periphery to the centre.
EFFECT: invention aims at production of a packaged effective stage with high efficiency, generating high pressure.
