FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator consists of cylindrical spiral spring interacting with pendulum mechanism. Bottom end of the spring rests against the top flange of the casing. Pendulum mechanism is made in form of a threaded rod with nuts at ends and support washers, resting against rubber flexible elements serving the functions of flexible hinge. Top rubber resilient element is located between the top flange of the spring and support washer. Bottom flexible element is located between the support washer and plate, on which the bumper is secured. Rigidity of the rubber flexible elements of the pendulous device exceeds rigidity of the spring. Additional cylindrical hollow damper made from elastomer encircles with clearance threaded rod of the pendulum suspension and is arranged with clearance relative to inner helical surface of the spring. Upper end of the damper rests against the flange of the pendulum suspension, while bottom-on upper flange of the case of the vibration isolator. Cylindrical surfaces of the damper are made in the form of coaxially located shells of different thickness. Reduced thickness is made from the outer surface of the damper to inner surface. One of the shells is made of friction material.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
