SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wiper brush, wiper brush, its bearing element, rubber band, wind shielding element and method of assembling said wiper brush device. Device of wiper brush has flexible carrying element (10) and rubber tape (12). Rubber band (12) has at least one head (14), and bearing element (10) has at least one appropriate recess (16) to form connection with rubber tape (12) with geometrical closure and can vary in assembly of at least one of its lengths perpendicular to its longitudinal center line (17).

EFFECT: provides cheap and reliable connection between rubber tape and bearing element.
