SUBSTANCE: installation consists of a mechanical mixing and cavitation processing unit, wherein the blocks are connected to the main pipe fitted with a pump and the valve that regulates the direction of movement of the mixture. Mechanically mixing unit comprises at least 2 containers of the same volume, interconnected inner contour of the pipeline through three-way valve which is connected to the main pipe. Cavitation treatment unit has a reactor with an ultrasound transducer.

EFFECT: invention provides a fluid-like medium with a high uniformity of particle size of the solid phase and uniform distribution of components throughout the volume.
