FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to methods of producing humic preparations from coal for use thereof as organo-mineral fertilizers. Method involves superfine grinding a mixture of oxidized coal and sand in presence of an alkali metal hydroxide and a phosphorus-containing component. Grinding the mixture of coal and sand is carried out in ball mills for 2-4 minutes in air. Phosphorus-containing component used is ammonium dihydrogen phosphate NH₄H₂PO₄, the alkali metal used is solid potassium hydroxide KOH or sodium hydroxide NaOH, the additives used are sodium pyrophosphate Na₂P₂O₇, sodium percarbonate Na₂CO₃·1.5H₂O₂ and unslaked lime CaO.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple method of producing humic preparations with higher content of soluble humates in the ready product enriched with potassium, calcium, phosphorus and silicon.
