SUBSTANCE: packed product has a container for paper or nonwoven material, which consists of a package having first upper end (16), second lower end (18) having width and length, forming surface of section of the second end, side wall (22) forming an inner surface of reservoir (10), and first orifice (22) in vessel (10). Orifice is made with possibility of outputting paper or nonwoven material. Container also includes insert (14) with section of the base of the insert, having length and width of forming surface of the base section of the Insert, two side section of the insert and insert hole along the width of the insert. Base section area of the insert is borne against the surface of section of the second end. Insert base section extends along the width of second end (18). Side sections of insert are continued at least partially upwards along the side wall. Abovementioned orifice of the insert extends along the whole width of the second end.

EFFECT: invention provides stability of the lower part of the flexible container, where there is a hole.
