SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears, lubricated by grease. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and a pair of end straps, fixed on sections of ends of body, adjacent to rim. Sections of end straps, having radius, equal to bases of teeth, are located perpendicular to ends of body, and sections of end straps with greater radius, are located at an acute angle relative to end faces of toothed rim.

EFFECT: higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.
