GEAR WHEEL Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F16H55/12

Abstract RU 2600383 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in heavy-duty tooth gears lubricated by fictile lubricants. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and two flat bearing circular pads, fixed on teeth ends with abutment to teeth tops and with gaps relative to gear wheel body, which internal and external perimeters are made in form of broken lines with flexures at teeth side edges. Sections of gaps between bearing circular pads and gear wheel body on both its ends are overlapped with two additional soft flat circular pads, which outer perimeter is identical to bearing circular pads internal perimeter, and their inner perimeter is made in form of circumference with radius smaller than radius of teeth bases circumference. Sections of both gear rim ends between bearing circular pads outer perimeters and teeth apices circumference are overlapped with additional non-bearing extensions. At that, additional non-bearing circular pads are secured at body ends and bearing circular pads inner perimeters, and additional non-bearing extensions are secured at teeth ends and by bearing circular pads outer perimeters.

EFFECT: higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.
