SUBSTANCE: installation is provided with a sealed system, consisting of a dosing device, a rotary crusher with a socket for loading titanium sponge, a pipe for discharging the powder nozzle for feeding of argon and a pipe for withdrawal of dust mixture, a cyclone connected to the crusher and formed as a hopper with a top, side and bottom nozzles, and a collecting reservoir for powder. Nozzle for withdrawal of dust mixture of the crusher connected with the upper pipe hopper cyclone outlet for discharging the powder from the crusher is connected to a lateral pipe of the cyclone, the cyclone hopper bottom pipe connected to the container for collecting powder. The crusher is supplied with software argon fill the entire sealing system up to the overpressure carried out speed, then uniformly fed to a crusher for crushing the titanium sponge and separate feeding is carried out in a crusher obtained powder mixture and dust into the cyclone.
