METHOD OF MAKING DETONATING EXTENDED CHARGE INTO METAL SHELL NOT DAMAGED DURING EXPLOSION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F42B1/00

FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnics and explosive works, in particular to production of detonating elongated charges. Method of making detonating extended charge into not damaged during explosion of metal shell consists in vibration filling metal tube workpiece with crystalline high-explosive followed by drawing it through row of drawings with decreasing of hole diameter. Filled with explosive tube billet is placed inside thin-wall metal tube, equipped with gripper and joint drawing through two-four drawing dies. Then, thin-wall tube is cut along edge, is removed from it charged with tube-blank, it is placed into new thin-wall tube and drawing through following two-four drawing die is continued. Then, thin-wall tube is replaced again. Replacement of external thin-walled tubes and drawing is continued until outer diameter of equipped tube workpieces reaches rated value of detonating extended charge gauge.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of charge.
