FIELD: manufacture of expanded charges for separation of objects by a blast, in seismic prospecting for crushing of rocks, etc.
SUBSTANCE: a plastic metal round billet is filled with a powder-like explosive, then it is profiled by rolling through several successively positioned stands consisting of the upper and lower drive rollers, the rolling rate makes up to 1 m/s, with a subsequent facing of the rolled products, use of explosives of a higher power is possible, at a design quantity of packing of the powder-like explosive being less than 1.7 the distances between the axes of the upper and lower rollers of the stands being equal, the diameter of the rollers is changed, and at a design quantity of packing of powder-like explosive exceeding 1.7 the diameter of the rollers remains constant- the distance between the axes of the upper and lower rollers is changed, in this case a preliminary profiling of the round billet is performed. The given method makes it possible to form charges with a diameter up to 120 mm and length up to 10 meters equipped a with a high-power explosive.
EFFECT: provided manufacture of expanded detonating charges.
