FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blasting operations and can be used in scrap metal processing of bulky metal structures, reconstruction and dismantling of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, planned elimination of weapons and military equipment, elimination of emergency situations. According to the invention, the elongated cumulative charge (ECC) comprises a shell of high-plastic metal or non-metallic material, filled with compacted low-blitz industrial explosive substance (ES), with a V-shaped cumulative groove made along its generatrix and placed inside the ES over the entire length of the ECC along its axis with a hollow channel having a circular or elliptical section and located on the vertical axis of the diametral cross-section of the ECC opposite to the apex of the cumulative groove at approximately equal distance from the apex and the upper point of the back side of the charge shell so that in the case of the ellipse channel the larger diameter of the ellipse coincides with the vertical axis of the cross-section of the ECC. Areas of the channel cross-section and the ECC ES reduced to the circle have ratio of 0.02–0.05, respectively, wherein the hollow channel can be lined with a thin metal. To one end ECC is docked transfer charge with standard initiation facility, and from opposite charge end channel can be tightly closed by insert; transfer charge and insert are made from high-blast plastic or elastic explosive. Between the main explosive charge and the inner surface of the lining of the cumulative groove there is a gasket made of a polymer material with thickness of 0.1–0.2 mm with a tight fit to the recess liner.
EFFECT: invention allows to significantly reduce the ECC cost and increase its efficiency.
