SUBSTANCE: chopped fish products include fish mince, bread crumbs and an additive. Additive used is swollen sprouted wheat grains powder that is preliminarily soaked in water at a ratio of 1:1.25, at temperature 65±1 °C during 60 minutes; all components are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures production a new type of chopped fish products with high nutritive value and wide range of functional components.
