FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: composite frame (1) comprises two segments (10, 20), each of which is single common element made from composite material, wall (2), stiffness element with multiple beams (31, 32, 33) and fitting (4). Two segments (10, 20) are connected by fittings (4) with help of rivets, thus forming frame (1) of aircraft. Method of making frame (1) comprises steps on which layers of fibres are placed and cut, preforming layered structure are made, placed into mould, vacuum is applied, injecting polymer under pressure, cured polymer by heating and extracted from mold.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at manufacture of solid structure.
