FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and, in particular, to systems using diesel-electric generators and semiconductor voltage converters for moulding charge-discharge cycles of ship storage batteries of high capacity. Substance of invention consists in the fact that in the proposed charge-discharge complex uses a diesel-generator for charging ship storage batteries with controlled direct current, while discharge mode allows recovery of chemical energy accumulated in storage battery, into industrial AC network, which provides for maximum possible saving of energy consumed during repeated charge-discharge cycles of the accumulator battery of high capacity. Mobile charging-discharging onshore facility for ship storage batteries includes external control system (1), local control panel and control unit (2), data exchange bus (3), audio signalling unit (4), remote light signaling panel (5), fan control circuit (6), fan unit (7), computer (8), first (9), second (13) and third (32) voltage sensors, first (10) and second (12) relay devices, first (11) and second (36) unit of drivers of power keys, diesel-generator (14), network switch (15), first (16) and second (23) automatic circuit breaker, transformer (17), rectifier (18), throttle (19), first (20), second (22), third (28) and fourth (31) filters, power unit of IGBT-keys (21), first (24) and second (29) current sensors, DC voltage network 175…320 V with accumulator battery (25), AC network 3~50 Hz with voltage of 380 V (26), load switch (27), inverter (30), pump control unit (33), pump of liquid cooling system (34), loading device (35) and unit of “n” sensors of temperature control of power equipment (37).
EFFECT: invention can be used for automated charge and discharge of accumulator batteries at various objects (movable and stationary) of industrial and military purpose.
