FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are a unit of light source circuits, a backlight device and a display, which are able to remove light emitted with back surface of microcircuit of light-emitting element, to front surface, preventing reduction of light-reflecting capacity and reduced cost of production, as well as simple design.
EFFECT: unit of circuits of light source includes a substrate of circuits, which has on surface of light-reflecting structure interconnections and includes mounting layer for microcircuits as part of structure of interconnections; and one or more circuits of light-emitting elements, which are arranged directly on mounting layer for microcircuits and controlled current flowing through structure of interconnections.
