FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves application of support layer of polymer powder composition in electrostatic field, polymerisation of support layer, further laying of transfer film with image on article surface and evacuation of transfer film under membrane, novelty is that prior to placing transfer film on article surface it is cut into separate elements with due allowance for surface geometry, cut out elements of film are manually pressed cut elements to surface directed electrostatic field and fixed for subsequent evacuation under the membrane. Thereafter, articles are loaded into temperature zone where they are heated to optimal temperature and maintained for preset time. Potential display corona discharge component, pressing cut elements of transfer film to article surface, set 40-45 kV at operating current value of 30-40 mcA. Temperature rise from moment of loading product into heating zone is performed at rate of 6±0.5 °C/min for complete transfer of images tridimensional configuration with complex geometry.

EFFECT: invention is intended for production of high-strength images on metal products in production of non-ferrous inscriptions, information indicating marks, patterns (hereinafter images), and can be used in various industries, decorative and applied arts.
