FIELD: processes transfer of image to various surfaces of articles manufactured of various materials. SUBSTANCE: scanning of the image is accomplished, the image is brought out to a monitor coupled to a computer, erect or inverted image is brought out to the transfer material with the aid of a printer, and the brought-out image is transferred to the base by registration of the transfer material with the image on the base. After registration of the transfer material with the base, they are subjected to thermal treatment for 10S at a temperature of 50 C required for bases made of fusible materials, and for 30 min at 350 C required for bases made of refractory materials. Then the transfer material is separated from the base, and the obtained image is protected against external disruptive effects by application of polymeric coatings and thermal treatment. EFFECT: enhanced durability, stability, strength characteristics of the transferred image in the conditions of disruptive effects of temperature and moisture. 3 dwg
