FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a filtering device for filtering impurity-saturated gas flow. In a filter device for filtering a gas flow containing impurities there is provided adsorption filter unit (34) which comprises filter medium (40) and through which gas flow can pass such the gas flow comes into contact with filter medium (40), wherein filter medium (40) adsorbs impurities at an adsorption temperature in an adsorption temperature range, and desorbs impurities again at a desorption temperature in a desorption temperature range. By means of at least one regeneration device (54), filter medium (40) can be set to a desorption temperature such that filter medium (40) is purged of previously adsorbed impurities. Adsorption filter unit (34) comprises at least one first filter module (88; 36) and one second filter module (88; 36) each with a separate module housing (38), in each of which filter medium (40) is provided and through each of which gas flow can pass. Regeneration device (54) is furthermore designed such that first filter module (88; 36) can be regenerated independently of second filter module (88; 36). And each filter module (88, 36) is a filter unit (36) or includes several filter units (36), wherein filter units (36) have proper housing (38) and are mounted on each other and next to each other.

EFFECT: invention provides independent removal and replacement of each filter unit.
