FIELD: machine building; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hat-shaped stiffness element used in aircrafts. Element comprises a wall part having locally optimised inclinations. Hat-shaped stiffness element can contain a part of the wall, having a relatively small inclination, optimised for shear force control. Hat-shaped stiffness element can additionally contain a part of the wall, having a relatively bigger inclination, optimised for control of tearing force or force in area of joint. Hat-shaped stiffness element can comprise an upper part of the hat-shaped element with variable width along the longitudinal section of the hat-shaped stiffness element. Hat-shaped stiffness element can also contain a transition wall part for transition from a wall part having a relatively large inclination to a part of the wall having a relatively small inclination.
EFFECT: ensuring of a possibility of creation of a single-piece hat-shaped stiffness element, which can be locally optimised for improvement of allowable load and efficiency in various applications with loading.
