FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method and device for control over strain conditions equalisation and displacement adjustment of steel wire ropes in multi-cable hoist. Device includes displacement sensor installed at device for equalisation of steel wire cables, signal receiver-transmitter configured to store and transmit signals of displacement sensor, barometric altimeter configured to record depth of shaft with hoisting container, and wireless receiving and processing system arranged in shaft mouth. Method involves: recording displacement adjustment values of strain equalisation devices, connected to all lifting cables of hoisting container, and corresponding values of depth position of hoisting container during up-and-down travel operation of hoisting container by means of signal receiver-transmitter; rating of maximum displacement adjustment value measured along whole lifting operation, and corresponding depth of tension adjustment device, by receiving and processing data via wireless receiving and processing system; and issue of warning signal when maximum displacement being adjusted exceeds preset threshold adjustment.

EFFECT: invention provides simplified design of method and simplified implementation of method, increasing useability, measurement accuracy, and reliability.
