FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly, to multi-cable cableways. Proposed method comprises installing mounting bridge 3 to suspend top end of cable 6 and clamp it thereon by clamp 4 on device 5 outside of lifting vessel travel zone. Reel 8 with cable 6 is lowered on lifting vessel 1 into trunk by unwinding cable into trunk while second end of cable 6 is clamped at trunk bottom outside of lifting vessel travel zone. Similarly, all cables are arranged in said trunk. Clamps are fitted on gin cables to be replaced. Cable ends are released from top lifting vessel thimbles and driven on thimble winch. Ends of cables to be replaced are removed from thimbles of bottom lifting vessel to withdraw said cables from trunk. Upper ends of cable with clamps on device 5 are placed thereon, driven via friction pulley 7 and secured in thimbles 17 of top lifting vessel. Special device is used to this end provided with metal plate with vertical guides, thrusts and cutout for driving cable to be suspended.
EFFECT: ease of replacement.
