SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to radio communication and can be used in solving the problem of electromagnetic compatibility of radio-electronic equipment, as well as the analysis of parameters of secondary radiation of different media. Device includes a clock pulse generator, a radiation spectrum, a receiving-transmitting antennae, a receiving antenna system, upper and lower parts of a high-voltage irradiating system, a high-voltage source, an adaptive converter, a secondary emitter radiation information generator, a frequency spectrum converter, a filter unit, a radiation spectrum analysis unit, a unit for analysing secondary radiation spectrum.
EFFECT: technical result: automation of analysis of frequency properties of the secondary radiation field of tested objects and their levels.
