Device consists of clock-pulse generator 1, radiation spectrum generator 3, receiving-transmitting antenna switch 3, receiving antenna system 4, adaptive converter 5, secondary emitters radiation information generator 6, frequency spectrum converter 7, filters unit 8, radiation spectrum analysis unit 9, secondary radiation spectrum investigation unit 10, high-voltage irradiating system 11 (11-1 and 11-2), high-voltage source 12.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of various media investigating based on their emitted secondary field.
