SUBSTANCE: device comprises CD, radiation spectrum driver, transceiver antenna system, secondary radiator data driver, frequency spectrum converter, filter unit, radiation spectrum analyser and secondary radiation spectrum indicator unit. Note here that CD output is connected to radiation spectrum driver. 14 outputs of radiation spectrum driver are connected to 14 inputs of antenna commutator. 14 O/I of antenna commutator, 1^st to 14^th, are connected parallel with 14 I/O of four transceiver antenna systems. 14 outputs of antenna commutator, 15^th to 28^th, are connected with 14 inputs of secondary radiator data driver. CD output is connected via frequency spectrum converter and 10 outputs of filter unit with 10 inputs of secondary radiation spectrum analyser. 10 outputs of analyser are connected with tem inputs of secondary radiation spectrum indicator unit.
