SUBSTANCE: invention provides a composition for treating anal fissures in form of a cream containing as an active compound isosorbide dinitrate, as structure-forming agent lightly crosslinked acrylic polymer, a neutralising agent and water, characterised by that composition additionally contains castor oil, tween-80 and a preserving agent, which is in form of a mixture of nipagin with nipasol in ratio (3:1), and neutralising agent used is triethanolamine, or sodium hydroxide, or trometamol at following ratio of components in composition, wt%: isosorbide dinitrate 0.1-1.0; structure-forming agent 0.5-2.0; neutralising agent 0.5-2.0; tween-80 0.5-2.0; castor oil 10.0-30.0; preserving agents 0.1-0.2; water - up to 100.

EFFECT: invention provides higher therapeutic clinical effectiveness.
