FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industry and concerns preparing brown roll-rim aqueous extract. Milled brown roll-rim is poured with water at a ratio of brown roll-rim: water equal to 1:30, and subjected to treatment of ultrahigh frequencies at power processing 180 W till water boils. Then held at 70 °C for 1-2 hours, then aqueous extract is separated from cake to produce ready water extract.

EFFECT: method allows to increase yield of extractive substances in 2,5 times and chromogenic complex in average 2, 6 times, increase antioxidant activity of extract in 1, 5 times and to reduce ash content in 2-2,4 times.
