Offshoot drilling system for creation of inclined borehole, comprising assembly of deflecting wedge with deflecting wedge; clamping element for assembly of deflecting wedge; stinger unit with tubes, completely protruding from assembly of deflecting wedge, detachable joint between stinger and assembly of deflecting wedge, consisting of a connection between clamp assembly stinger and clamping element; ball valve seat and a holder with expansion section, detachably fixed in inner part of clip.
EFFECT: mounting/anchored deflecting wedge and creation of a cement plug at one round-trip operation in well shaft.
