FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for making ceramic bricks. In the ceramic mix for construction brick manufacture includes clay, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 2-2.5, and a combustible additive, according to the invention, the combustible additive is selected from a primary, secondary or recyclable polymer wastes of the enterprises running production and processing of polymers, i.e. polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide-6, polymer composite materials based thereon in the form of particles with particle size 0.1-2.0 mm with the following proportion of the mixture components, wt%: clay 75.0-85.0; quartz sand 13.0-15.0; polymer wastes 2.0-10.0.
EFFECT: technical result is improved physical and mechanical characteristics of ceramic bricks including high ultimate bending strength, elimination of external defects of face of a brick, improving its thermophysical and ecological properties.
