FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to process parameter transmitting devices used in industrial process control systems and systems for monitoring, and can be used for control over industrial processes. Process parameter transmitter includes process parameter sensor with output signal of process parameter sensor, which relates to measured process parameter. Analogue compensation circuit is made with possibility of obtaining process parameter sensor output signal and outputting corresponding compensated process parameter sensor output signal taking into account compensation function that is response to control action. Output circuit generates output signal taking into account compensated process parameter. Digital control circuit is connected with analog compensation circuit providing control output signal, which is supplied to control input of analog compensation circuit to control compensation function. Also disclosed is method of using described device.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of process parameter measuring.
