FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for temperature measurement of production process. Disclosed is process temperature transducer (100) for process medium temperature measurement, which (102) includes temperature measurement unit (104), compensation circuit (120) and output circuit (126). Temperature detection unit includes a process temperature sensor (105A) which is separated from the process medium by insulating wall (108). Temperature determining unit (104) is configured to generate temperature signal (122), which indicates temperature of process medium (102) based on process temperature output signal (106A) from process temperature sensor (105A) during temperature measurement. Compensation circuit (120) is configured to compensate temperature signal (106A) during temperature measurement response to temperature change of process medium (102) and output compensated temperature signal (122). Output circuit (126) is configured to generate temperature output signal (128) as a function of compensated temperature signal (122) corresponding to temperature of process medium (102).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of obtained data is provided.
